About this store

This online store is operated by Wood Floors of Dallas. These terms govern use of the store and purchases made through it, together with the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy made available on the website.

Products, pricing and orders

Review the product, color, specifications, box coverage and quantity before placing an order. Flooring is sold in whole boxes; displayed square-foot prices help compare products and do not change the box quantity purchased.

Prices and order totals are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment, and product availability can change.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order and is not a notice that it is ready for pickup or has shipped. If an item is unavailable or a material product or pricing error is identified, we will contact you about the available options; we will not make a substitution or collect an additional payment without your approval.

The freight guarantee is an exception to adjustments for an original order: Wood Floors of Dallas honors the freight amount paid at checkout even if the actual carrier cost or pallet count is higher than estimated. If we cannot fulfill an order and you do not approve an alternative, payment for the unfulfilled portion will be refunded.

Fulfillment, returns and warranties

Delivery, pickup and receiving conditions are stated in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, authorization, restocking fees and refund processing are stated in the Refund Policy.

Product warranties and installation requirements vary by manufacturer and product. Review the applicable documents before installation; nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use and privacy

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Links to third-party services are subject to those services' own terms and privacy practices.

Changes and contact

We may update store content and these terms for future use and purchases. Updates do not retroactively increase the freight amount paid for an existing order.
