Ordering flooring online

Select the product, color and quantity you need, then pay through checkout. Flooring is sold in whole boxes; the product page shows square-foot pricing for comparison, box coverage and the actual box purchase price.

Review your selections and quantities before paying. Contact our team if you need help with product specifications or your project; there is no requirement to request a freight quote before checkout.

Delivery and pickup

Launch freight is $399 per eligible order, regardless of pallet count, within the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Residential curbside delivery and liftgate service are included.

We guarantee the freight amount paid at checkout for the original order. Wood Floors of Dallas absorbs any difference caused by a higher actual pallet count or carrier cost.

Free pickup is available for eligible orders at our Kealy location, usually ready in 2–4 days. Wait for your ready-for-pickup notice before arriving.

Product availability and lead times vary; we will communicate the fulfillment information for your order. See the Shipping Policy for delivery scope, timing and receiving instructions.

Returns

Eligible unopened, unused and undamaged flooring may be returned with authorization requested within 30 days of delivery. Customer-choice returns carry a 30% restocking fee plus customer-paid return freight.

Standard catalog flooring is not automatically non-returnable merely because it was ordered from the manufacturer. Customized, clearly identified final-sale, installed, used or altered products are excluded from customer-choice returns; see the Refund Policy for complete conditions and treatment of damage or errors.

Product appearance and warranties

Flooring appearance can vary by screen, lighting and natural material variation. Review the selected product's specifications and the applicable manufacturer's installation and warranty documents; no universal warranty duration applies to all flooring.

Online sample purchases are deferred for this launch. Contact us with questions about product specifications. Our Kealy warehouse is an order-pickup location, not a walk-in showroom.
