At Wood Floors of Dallas, we take pride in safely delivering premium flooring products directly to your door anywhere in the continental United States.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all contiguous U.S. states (lower 48).
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or PO Boxes.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using LTL freight carriers for full flooring orders and UPS or FedEx Ground for sample kits and small accessories.
All deliveries are curbside only, meaning the carrier will deliver to the end of your driveway or nearest accessible area.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, quantity, and delivery location.
We do not offer free shipping. Any promotional discounts will be clearly shown in your cart before checkout.


Processing & Delivery Times

  • In-stock products: Typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Transit times: Usually 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Samples: Ship separately and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Large orders may arrive on a pallet and require a signature upon delivery.


Receiving Your Delivery

When your order arrives:

  1. Inspect the shipment before signing.

  2. Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt.

  3. Contact us within 48 hours if you notice freight damage or missing cartons.

If damage is not noted on the delivery paperwork, freight claims may be denied by the carrier.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or changed before they ship. Once your flooring leaves our warehouse, all freight and restocking fees will apply per our return policy.
